We’ve been renovating our Sunrise Farm for two months now, and things are moving along! Last week we closed in the drywall, so the house is finally looking like a house again. No more exposed framing!
Before our subs put up the last of the drywall, I luckily remembered this tradition I read about years ago. I’ve wanted to do this in every single house we’ve ever remodeled – but for one reason or another, never got the chance. The idea is to write Bible verses on house framing to bless your home in a meaningful way. I really enjoyed finding scripture that tied into each room and could serve as a reminder of God’s promises.
Below, I’ve listed 45 favorite Bible verses to write on house framing, whether you’re renovating or building a custom home. I hope you find this list encouraging and helpful.
