How to Redesign a Kitchen Layout + Floorplan Changes at the Greenfield Remodel

It’s no surprise that the 10th-most-read post was about redesigning a kitchen layout. Did you see how that kitchen looked before?! The layout was the strangest I ever seen, so there was much anticipation to see how I would improve it. Making a floorplan more functional is one of my favorite challenges when it comes to remodeling.

Looking for more kitchen inspiration? Check out the following posts. Be sure to tune in in 2022, when I share the full Greenfield kitchen reveal!

09.

Introducing the Greystone House + My Preliminary Plans

If I had to guess why this post was one of the most popular ones, I would say it’s because this was the first time we were renovating multiple properties at one time. So many of you are invested in the Greystone House and eager to see just what I plan to do with that massive open layout.

I’ve already shared by plans for the guest bathroom and the downstairs bathroom. Next, stay tuned for the master bathroom and kitchen plans!

Your Most-Asked Questions About Property Investing and House Flipping

Every time I’ve shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse into property investing, you all send in so many questions. This year, I compiled all of those questions into one massive post, which became the 8th-most-read post of 2021.

Did I answer your questions? What else would you like to know about this topic?

Girls’ Shared Bedroom + Playroom Tour

This room holds a special place in my heart. When we first moved into the Greenfield, it was a complete construction zone. The girls’ shared bedroom was the only somewhat finished space in the house, so we spent the first couple weeks rooming with our toddlers. It was a challenging time but also a really special time.

The Greenfield master bathroom was one of my favorites to dream up, because I really stepped out of my comfort zone on that one. I’ll be publishing the full reveal oh-so-soon, but I shared a not-so-little sneak peek in yesterday’s post.

Edgmon Ranch Master Bathroom Remodel: Cost Breakdown + Sources

I pride myself on being quite transparent on the ins and outs of renovating and property investing. Posts like cost breakdowns seem to do quite well, because they help in decision-making but not everyone is willing to open up about those topics.

Do you enjoy reading cost breakdowns of project? Any specific renovations you’d like to see the cost breakdowns for?

02.

Neutral but Playful Kids’ Bathroom Design Plan

The second-most-read post of 2021 was all about my plans for the kids’ bathroom in the Greenfield Remodel. I’m really quite surprised by this one, seeing how I regularly share much more exciting projects.

Of course I’m grateful for your interest! I’ll be sharing the full reveal of this space in 2022, so stay tuned for that!
