As I mentioned in an earlier post, in honor of its one-year anniversary, FOXY OXIE SUPERNOVA is in the process of getting a makeover! We're talking about a new design, new domain {stay tuned!} and lots of inspirational content {not to mention some amazing giveaways!}. Yes, it's true; almost a year has passed since I ventured into this exciting, inspiring and stimulating world of blogging.
Overall, 2013 has been the most magical year of my life so far. Starting FOS, traveling Europe for three months, and celebrating our one-year anniversary with my sweet husband are just some of the highlights of the past 12 months. Of course, with the new year come new ideas, opportunities, dreams and goals, and I wanted to take this time to share with you the FOS manifesto and the excitement that awaits us in 2014.
I founded FOS as an outlet for my overflowing and ever-shifting creativity, and what began as a seemingly useless chronicle of my sartorial pursuits has evolved into a source of continuous inspiration and improvement. Going forward, the FOS mission will be to encourage and inspire you to elevate your everyday life by refining it. Whether in your wardrobe, home, workplace or personal life, I hope to show you that you – yes, YOU! – never have to settle for mediocrity.
Frankly, if I've learned anything in the past year, it's that you are what makes blogging fun and, most importantly, worthwhile. The most glamorous clothing, shoes, jewelry {insert your favorite materialistic obsession here} in the world does not begin to compare to the value of your lovely comments and emails. In this new year, I vow to be more authentic, uplifting and encouraging to you.
