Fun fact: Jetted tubs make for great toddler entertainment. 😜 This little one was mesmerized for an entire half-hour. Too bad I spent the first 5 minutes taking pictures and the other 25 monitoring that this was about as close as she got to the water.

Serious question though: Do you involve your littles in home improvement projects? Or do you put all renovations on hold until they're like 15?

I feel like the toddler stage is the most challenging when it comes to taking them along to project sites...they're far too big and too curious to just hang out next to me while I work and too young to actually help (or even be left unsupervised). 😅

This is it. Our project house is officially for sale! Listed it yesterday morning and already had 7 showings. 🙌🏼 The end of a renovation is always bittersweet for me but I just have to remind myself that the end of one thing is only the beginning of something else. Excited to figure out what that something else will be! In the meantime enjoying all the foraging of the garden while I still can! 🌸🌸🌸 Hope your long weekend is off to a good start! We're taking the boat out for a relaxing day on the river!

We have been working extremely hard on this house since January and I'm excited to finally start sharing the finished projects with you.

Yesterday I styled and photographed our very first room reveal at our latest project house – can't wait to share that tomorrow!! Any guesses which room it will be?

In the meantime here's one of my favorite before and afters from our bungalow. 🖤 The second photo is how it literally looked when we bought the place. 😜 Goodness there's just something so invigorating and downright addicting about taking an abandoned or neglected thing and seeing its potential and giving it new life.
